the head of a man''s penis was bigger around than the shaft.

After several weeks they came to the conclusion that it was for the pleasure of the man.

Another university, not to be outdone, performed the same study spending 4 million dollars and came to the conclusion that it was for the pleasure of the woman

When a third university heard the results of these studies they performed their own study spending only $4.50 to discover it was to keep your hand from sliding off the end.
