[해외유머] '텍사스의 사나이'

A Texan farmer went to Australia for a vacation.

There he met an Aussie farmer and got talking.

The Aussie showed off his big wheat field and the Texan said "Oh! We
have wheat fields that are at least twice as large"

Then they waled around the ranch a little, and the Aussie showed off
his herd of cattle. The Texan immediately said, "We have longhorns that
are at least twice as large as your cows."

The conversation has almost sied when the Texan saw a herd of kangaroos
hopping through the field.

"And what are those?" he asked.

The Aussie replied, "Why, don''t you have any grasshoppers in Texas?".

텍사스 농부가 휴가차 호주로 갔다.

그곳에서 한 농부와 만나 이야기를 나누었다.

호주농부가 광활한 그의 밀밭을 자랑하자 텍사스농부는 "우리 밀밭은 이보다
적어도 두배는 된다구요"라고 했다.

목장을 둘러보면서 호주농부가 소떼를 자랑하자 텍사스사람은 "우리 고장의
긴뿔 소는 이것들보다 적어도 두배는 됩니다"라고 자랑했다.

대화가 끊기다시피 했는데 그때 들판을 뛰어 다니는 캉가루 떼가 눈에 띄자
텍사스사람은 그게 뭐냐고 물었다.

"아니 텍사스에는 메뚜기가 없나요?"하고 호주농부는 물었다.
