[해외유머] '추도사'

The minister stood at the edge of the coffin and launched into a
glowing tribute to the character, integrity, industry, goodness,
charity, and compassion of the notorious bum whose remains were
being honored.

Finally the wife of the deceased leaned over to one of her children
and said:

"Danny, go over and see if that is really your father in the
coffin."

근면함 착함 자비로움 인자함을 들먹이면서 어머어머한 찬사를
늘어놓았다.

그 소리를 한참 듣고있던 미망인은 한 아이에게로 기우뚱하고는
속삭였다.

"얘 너 저기 가서 관속에 있는게 과연 아버지인지 보고 오렴"
