[해외유머] '증인없는 홀인원'

With the nation in a severe recession, no public servant dared to be
seen playing golf.

A politician who missed playing so badly drove off to a course one
hundred miles away to play unrecognized.

God was greatly disappointed.

He blew a strong gust of wind onto the golf course just as the
politician swung.

The ball went straight down the fairway to make a miraculous hole in
one.

"Why did you do that, Lord?" asked an angel.

"Is that what you call a punishment?"

"Think about it," said God.

"Who can he tell?"

나라가 극심한 불황에 빠져있는지라 공직자들이 감히 골프장에 모습을
드러낼 수가 없었다.

한 정치인은 어찌나 골프가 치고 싶었던지 몰래 그 재미를 보기 위해
1백마일 떨어진 골프장으로 드라이브했다.

하나님은 그의 행위에 크게 실망하셨다.

바로 그가 스윙을 하는 순간 하나님은 골프장으로 강풍을 불어내렸다.

공은 페어웨이를 곧장 날아가더니 기적적인 홀인원을 했다.

"주님, 어째서 이런 일이... 이게 벌이라는 것입니까?" 하고 천사 하나가
물었다.

"어디 생각좀 해봐. 누구에게 자랑할거냐구?" 하나님은 말했다.
