[비즈니스 유머] 엉뚱한 영어안내문 - Misleading English signs

Signs in hotels and other public places in non-English speaking countries. Their efforts to write signs in English often go astray.

-In Copenhagen airline ticket office: “We take your bags and send them in all directions.”

-In a Norwegian cocktail lounge: “Ladies are requested not to have children in the bar.”

-In the office of a Roman doctor: “Specialist in women and other diseases.”

-In a Tokyo hotel: “Is forbidden to steal hotel towel please. If you are not person to do such thing please not to read this notice.”

영어권 아닌 나라의 호텔이나 공공장소에서 보게 되는 안내문. 그들의 영어 안내문은 엉뚱한 것이기 일쑤다.

-코펜하겐 항공사 사무실 - “당신의 짐들을 받아서 사방으로 보냅니다.”

-노르웨이 술집 - “여성들은 술집에서 애를 낳지 말아 주실 것을 부탁드립니다.”

-로마의 의원 - “여성 및 기타 질병 전문의.”

-도쿄의 호텔 - “호텔 타월을 훔치는 것은 금지되고 있습니다. 당신이 그런 짓을 할 사람이 아니라면 이 안내문은 보지 말아주십시오.”
