[해외유머] '컴퓨터 게임(?)'

The insurance company worker was busily clicking the keys of his
computer to get data about certain insured customers.

Since he was so engrossed in what he was doing, the man was somewhat
disturbed finding a customer''s little boy who wandered over to his desk.

The kid stood there for a while, studying the names and numbers that
flashed across the screen.

"Well," he said to the boy, "what can I do for you?"

"You can tell me," the kid replied, "whether you''re winning. You see,
I can''t tell."

보험회사직원이 보험에 가입한 특정 고객들에 관한 자료를 찾아내려고
컴퓨터의 키를 바삐 찰깍거리고 있었다.

그는 워낙 그 일에 몰두하고 있었던 터라 고객을 따라온 꼬마녀석이 그의
책상 곁에까지 걸어들어와서 서있는 것을 발견하고는 좀 당황했다.

녀석은 한동안 거기 서서 스크린에 나오는 이름들과 수자들을 눈여겨 보고
있었던 것이다.

"어떻게 왔지?" 하고 그는 꼬마에게 물었다.

"아저씨가 이기고 있는 건지 알고 싶어요. 난 통 모르겠단 말이에요"

꼬마의 대답이었다.
