Three－year－old daughter's prayers ended with， "God bless Mom. God bless Dad， God bless Grandma and goodbye Grandpa." Her father asked， "Why did you say goodbye Grandpa？" She said， "It just seemed like the thing to do." The next day the grandpa died. A few months later her prayers went like this; "God bless Mom， God bless Dad and goodbye Grandma." The next day the grandma died. "This kid is in contact with the other world，" thought the father. Weeks later the dad was shocked to hear， "God bless Mom and goodbye Dad." He couldn't sleep all night， got up at dawn and went to his office to stay there by midnight. When he got home his wife said， "You'll never believe what happened to me. This morning my golf pro dropped dead in the middle of my lessons！"

"그저 그래야 할 것 같아서요"라고 딸애는 대답했다. 이튿날 할아버지가 죽었다. 그러고 나서 몇 달이 지난 어느 날의 기도는 "하나님 엄마,아빠를 축복해 주시고 할머니는 잘 가시게 해주옵소서"로 끝났다. 이튿날 할머니가 죽었다. 아빠는 "이 애는 저승하고 통하는구나"하는 생각이 들었다. 여러 주가 지난 어느 날 아버지는 "엄마를 축복해 주시고 아빠는 잘 가시게 해주세요"라는 기도소리를 듣고 질겁했다. 뜬눈으로 밤을 지새우고는 새벽같이 일어나 사무실로 나가서 자정까지 거기 머물렀다. 그리고 집에 돌아오자 그를 맞은 아내가 말했다. "여보，나 오늘 무슨 일이 있었는지 알아요！ 글쎄 골프를 가르치던 선생이 한창 가르치다말고 죽었지 뭐예요！"
