After directory assistance gave me my boyfriend's new phone number, I dialed him-and got a woman.

"Is Mike there?" I asked. "He's in the shower，" the woman responded. "Please tell him his girlfriend phoned，" I said and hung up.

When he didn't return the call， I dialed again.

This time a man answered.

"This is Mike，" he said. "You're not my boyfriend!" I exclaimed. "I know! That's what I've been trying to tell my wife for the past half-hour."



남자친구의 새 전화번호를 전화국에 물어 알아낸 나는 그 번호를 돌렸다.

여자가 나왔다. "마이크 있어요?"하고 물었다. "샤워하고 있어요"라고 여자는 대답했다. "여자친구한테 전화 왔었다고 전해 주세요"라고 말한 후 난 전화를 끊었다.

전화가 오지 않기에 다시 다이얼을 돌렸다.

이번엔 남자가 받았다. "마이크입니다. " "당신은 내 남자친구가 아니네요!"라고 난 놀라면서 소리쳤다.

"그렇죠! 난 그 사실을 아내에게 설명하느라 반시간이나 애를 먹고 있어요. "
