[비즈니스 유머] 숟가락 안주는 식당

After his recent stay in the hospital,the elderly man was particularly irritable,especially regarding food.

At a restaurant where he stopped for a quick meal,the waiter provided a bowl of soup.

As the waiter turned away to return to the kitchen the man stopped him,calling:

"Waiter!"

"Yes,sir,is there something wrong?"

"The soup.Taste it,"replied the man.

"But,sir,I can assure you that the soup is excellent."

"I say,taste it,"the old man persisted.

The exasperated waiter finally relented.

"All right,sir,I'll taste it."

Then after a pause he said, "Where is the spoon?"

To which the old man replied triumphantly,"Ah ha."

최근에 병원에 입원하는 일이 있은 후로 영감님은 부쩍 짜증이 심해졌는데 특히 식사에 대해 그러했다.

간단히 식사를 하려고 동네 식당에 간 노인에게 웨이터가 수프를 갖다줬다.

돌아서는 웨이터를 그는 불러세웠다.

"위이터!"

"네 손님 뭐 잘못됐습니까?"

"수프를 먹어보게"라고 영감은 대답했다.

"하지만 손님,저는 장담할 수 있습니다,이 수프가 일품이라는 것을..."

"먹어보라니까"라고 노인은 옹고집이었다.

웨이터는 화가 잔뜩 났지만 굽히고 말았다.

"좋습니다 손님,제가 먹어보겠습니다"그러고 나서 잠시 머뭇거리던 웨이터는"스푼 어디 있습니까?"하고 물었다.

그러자 노인은 의기양양해서 "으흠"하고 응수했다.
