A nobleman dining with a man prominent for his philosophical interests noticed that he took great relish in the dishes that were served.

"I am surprised to find a philosopher taking so much pleasure in delicacies," said the nobleman.

"Do you suppose, my lord," replied the scholarly one, "that delicacies are only for blockheads?"

"철학자가 음식 맛을 그렇게 즐기는 줄은 미처 몰랐네요"라고 귀족은 말했다.

"맛있는 것은 골빈 사람들만이 먹는 것인 줄 아셨던가요?"라고 학자는 응수했다.
