A stranger in town found his way to the most luxurious bordello.

He selected a gorgeous redhead and was escorted to a resplendent
bedchamber.

Half an hour later, a satisfied smile on his face, he sought out the
madam.

But the madam would not accept payment.

She counted out $100 and handed the money to him.

The next night, he decided to pay another visit.

After enjoying the services of a beautiful blond, he walked up to the
madam, held out his hand and waited for the money.

He was surprised when she said, "Twenty-five dollars, please."

"Last night you gave me a hundred dollars. How come I don''t get paid
tonight?"

"Tonight," replied the madam, "you were not on television!"

타관에서 온 남자가 찾아간 곳은 아주 호화스런 유곽이었다.

요염한 빨간 머리 아가씨를 골라잡은 그는 으리으리한 침실로 안내되었다.

30분 후 좋아서 싱글벙글하는 그가 마담을 찾았다.

그러나 마담은 돈을 받으려들지 않았다.

1백달러를 꺼내더니 손님에게 건네주는 것이었다.

이튿날 밤 그는 다시 그곳을 찾기로 했다.

금발미녀와의 한때를 즐기고나서 마담을 찾아간 그는 손을 내밀었다.

그런데 25달러를 내라고 하니 놀랄수밖에.

"간밤에는 1백달러를 주더니 오늘밤엔 25달러를 내라니 어찌된 일이오?"

"오늘밤엔 TV출연을 하지 않았잖아요" 마담의 대답이었다.
