[해외유머] '지지정당'

The Republican congree-sional candidate was greeting the voters on
the street.

"Tell me what party do you belong to?" he asked a man passing by.

The man said, "I''m a Democrat."

"Why are you a Demo-crat?"

"My daddy was a Democrat and my granddaddy was a Democrat, so I''m
a Democrat."

"Why, suppose your daddy was a petty thief and your granddaddy was
a petty thief? What would that make you?"

The man thought for a moment, then said, "I suppose that would
make me a Republican."

국회의원으로 출마한 공화당원이 거리에서 유권자들에게 인사하고 있었다.

지나가는 한사람을 보고 어느당 소속이냐고 물었다.

"나 민주당원입니다"

"어째서요?"

"아버지가 민주당원이었고 할아버지도 민주당원이었으니까 나도
민주당원입니다"

"아니 아버지가 좀도둑이었고 할아버지도 좀도둑이었더라면 어떻게
됐겠어요?"

"공화당원이 됐을테죠"

그사람은 잠시 생각하고 나서 대답했다.
