[해외유머] '알라신'

One day, a dog approached Allah while the latter was engaged in
the construction of Eve and, seizing the rib which the Almighty
had just taken from Adam''s side, ran off with it.

Allah followed in hot pursuit and managed to grasp the tail.

Yet the dog continued to run with Adam''s rib, leaving its tail in
Allah''s hands.

Allah thereupon, utilized the dog''s tail in stead of Adam''s rib
for the construction of the mother of manking, Eve.

Due to this fact, according to the Arabs, that woman is just as
incapable of remaining quiet and motionless for two minutes
together as is the tail of a dog.

알라신이 이브를 만들어내는 일을 한창 하고 있는데 개한마리가
다가오더니 전능하신 알라신이 아담의 옆구리로부터 막 떼어낸 갈비뼈를
물고 도망가버렸다.

알라신은 잽싸게 뒤쫓아가서 개의 꼬리를 잡는데 성공했다.

개는 잡힌 꼬리를 떼어놓은채 아담의 갈비뼈를 가지고 계속 도망갔다.

그래서 알라신은 아담의 갈비뼈 대신 개 고기를 가지고 인류의 어머니인
이브를 만들어 냈다.

아랍사람들의 말인즉, 이때문에 여자는 개꼬리를 닮아 단 2분을 잠자코
가만있지를 못한다는 것이다.
