The newly married couple had rented an apatrment and were hangingpictures. He was driving a nail in the living room wall when there was a knockat the door. "It''s Mr. Baker from next door," said his wife. "Your hammering must have bothered him." Her husband started to apologize, but the neighbor cut him short. "Oh, I don''t mind the noise," he said. "I only came to ask a favor.
