    기업은행, ‘IBK창공’ 상반기 혁신 창업기업 64곳 육성

    마포‧구로‧부산…5개월 동안 집중 육성 프로그램 지원

    IBK기업은행(은행장 윤종원)은 2021년 상반기 ‘IBK창공(創工)’ 혁신 창업기업64곳을 최종 선발하고 마포·구로·부산에서 5개월간의 창업육성 프로그램 지원을 시작한다고 6일 밝혔다.

    2021년 상반기에는 마포 6기 22개, 구로 5기 20개, 부산 4기 22개 기업이 선발됐으며, 총 642개 기업이 지원해 10대 1의 경쟁률을 기록했다.

    선발된 기업은 플랫폼, IoT, ICT 등 정보통신 분야가 25%로 가장 많았다. 코로나19 영향으로 게임, 영화, 광고, 디자인 등을 활용하는 언택트 산업인 지식서비스(23.4%) 분야도 강세를 나타냈다. 이외에도 소재·부품·장비, 바이오헬스 등 기술력과 시장성을 겸비한 기업들이 최종 선발됐다.

    선발기업은 사전 진단평가 이후 기업별 맞춤형 프로그램에 참여한다. IBK창공은 공유오피스 형태의 사무공간 지원과 법률, IP, 세무, 회계 등 분야별 전문가 컨설팅을 제공한다. IBK금융그룹의 투·융자도 지원할 계획이다.

    기업은행은 5개월간 전문 액셀러레이터 기관과 협업해 프로그램을 운영한다. 마포센터는 엔피프틴 파트너스, 구로센터는 씨엔티테크, 부산센터는 아이파트너즈가 선발기업에 일대일 맞춤형 멘토링을 진행한다.

    한편 IBK창공은 IBK形 창업육성프로그램으로 2017년 12월 개소 후 지난 12월까지 총 243개 기업을 육성했다. 투·융자 등 금융지원 1867억원, 멘토링, 컨설팅, IR 등 비금융 지원 3192회를 제공했다.

    기업은행 관계자는 “창업기업 라이프 사이클에 맞는 지원체계를 적극 도입해 스타트업 성장에 지속 기여할 계획”이며, 또한 “우수한 혁신 창업기업 지원을 통해 양질의 일자리 창출, 미래 경쟁력 확보에 힘쓸 예정”이라고 말했다.

      GM Korea Labor and Management Reach 2024 Wage Agreement

      SEOUL – The tentative 2024 wage and collective bargaining agreement between GM Korea's labor and management was officially approved on September 4 following a vote by union members. Out of 6,915 employees who voted, 4,173(60.3%) voted in favor of the agreement.The agreement includes a KRW 101,000 increase in base salary; a lump sum and performance bonus tied to the company's 2023 performance totaling KRW 15.5 million; a KRW 1 million payment for travel expenses during the Lunar New Year and Chuseok holidays; and wage adjustments including a one-level advancement promotion payment, one-time incentives, performance bonuses and changes to the collective bargaining agreement."We are pleased that the negotiations between labor and management for 2024 have successfully concluded," said Labor Relations and Human Resources Vice President Robert Treme. "Labor and management will collaborate on restoring production levels and seamlessly implementing future strategies, thereby ensuring the company's long-term competitiveness and sustainability."GM Korea's labor and management engaged in 23 rounds of negotiations beginning on May 22 and reaching a second tentative agreement on August 30.       GM Korea and Its Union Reached a Tentative Agreement

      SEOUL – GM Korea Company and its union reached a tentative agreement on 2024 wage and CBA negotiations today.The tentative agreement between GM Korea and its union includes a base wage increase of KRW 101,000, a lump sum signing payment and performance payment of KRW 15 million, and newly added New Year and Chuseok homecoming special transportation cost payment of KRW 1 million. The main points of the tentative agreement address wages, one-time encouragement payments, performance bonuses, CBA revision and additional collective bargaining requirements."We are pleased that a tentative agreement has been reached between labor and management, thanks to the union's decision on the company's best plan for a quick resolution," GM Korea said about the agreement.
