포드사 3/4분기 적자

포드사는 3/4분기 실적 적자를 발표했다. 이것은 영국에서의 신속 차량 정비를 모토로 하는 차량 정비 체인업체인 퀵 핏 (Kwik Fit )에 대한 투자를 중단 한 것에 기인 한다.- 또한 포드사는 북미에서의 과도한 할인 혜택 또한 중단할 방침이다.
중국에서 혼다는 합작사업에서 다수의 지분을 차지 하려 한다 - 흥미로운 것은
여태껏 수출용 상품 생산업체만 허용하던 중국당국이 자국 내에서 외국업체가 다수지분을 가지는 것을 허가 했다는 점이다. 혼다사가 도처가 지뢰밭처럼 위험한 중국 시장에서 중국의 저가 생산 설비를 이용 하게 된 점은 현명한 결정으로 보인다.

Ford has posted a Q3 loss.
It's largely attributable to write-offs on the sale of its UK fast fit chain Kwik Fit - but the company also needs to end its inflated discount incentives in North America. Meanwhile in China, Honda is trying to take a majority stake in its joint venture plant
- interesting, as the Chinese government usually only allows this for export producers. The company be wise to use China's cheap production facilities while staying clear of its mine-strewn market.
