A five－floor store opened where women could choos e a husband.


The only rule was， once you walked into any floor, you had to choose a man from that floor.


Two girls went to the store.


First floor sign said, "These men have jobs and love kids."


Wondering what's further up they walked up.


Second floor sign read, "These men have high paying jobs, love kids, and are extremely good looking."


Still they wondered what's further up.


Third floor sign read, "These men have high paying jobs, are extremely good looking, love kids and help with the housework."


"Very tempting!" said the women.


But they went up further.


Fourth floor sign said, "These men have high paying jobs, love kids, are extremely good looking, help with housework and are very romantic."


"Just think what must be awaiting us further on!" they cried.


So up to the fifth floor.


The sign there said, "This empty floor exists to prove that women are impossible to please."



여자가 남편을 골라잡을 수 있는 5층짜리 가게가 개점했다.


한 가지 규정은 일단 한 층에 들어서면 거기서 남자를 골라야 한다는 것이다.


두 처녀가 그 곳을 찾았다.


1층 안내판에는 "직업이 있고 아이들을 사랑하는 남자들"이라고 적혀 있었다.


위에는 뭐가 있을까 궁금해서 그들은 2층으로 갔다.


거기에는 "봉급 많이 받으며 아이들을 사랑하는 아주 잘 생긴 남자들"이라고 적혀있었다.


그러나 위층이 궁금해서 더 올라갔다.


3층 안내문에는 "봉급이 많고 아주 잘 생긴 데다 아이들을 사랑하며 집안일을 거들어주는 남자들"이라고 적혀있었다.


"아주 마음이 드는군!"하고 그들은 말했다.


그런데도 더 올라갔다.


4층에는 "봉급 많고 아이들을 사랑하며 아주 잘 생긴 데다 집안일도 거들어주며 대단히 낭만적인 남자들"이라고 표시돼 있었다.


"아니,더 올라가면 뭐가 있담!"하면서 두 사람은 5층으로 갔다.


"텅 비어있는 이 층은 여자란 도저히 만족시킬 수 없는 존재임을 증명하기 위한 것입니다"라는 안내문이 붙어 있었다.
