As personnel assistant for a business company, the man had to update the job descriptions and asked various managers for their input. When the funding manager, the owner’s son, returned a form which had been distributed, the section entitled “job qualifications” was left blank. The form was sent back to be completed. When it came back, his qualifications were clarified as follows: “Must be related to the boss and have an accounting degree from Berkeley.”

기업체의 인사부 직원이 직무 현황파악을 위해 여러 관리급 직원에게 자료제출을 요구했다. 그런데 돌아온 서식을 보니 사주의 아들인 자금관리자는 “직무 자격”란에 아무것도 기입하지 않은 것이다. 그것을 기입해달라고 그 서식을 그에게 돌려 보냈다. 다시 돌아온 서식을 보니 그의 자격은 이런 것으로 밝혀졌다. “사주와 특별한 관계가 있어야 하고 버클리대에서 회계학 학위를 받았음.”
