"Men have traditionally constituted the vast majority of inmates in our prisons," the justice minister said.

"In attempt to correct the imbalance, my ministry will be implementing the following programs :

-Early release of some male presoners.

-A compulsory course for all judges detailing a sentencing policy that will yield a more gender-balanced prison population.

-An arrest policy that consists of arbitrarily arresting women."

-모든 파사들을 대상으로 필수적인 교육을 실시하여 형무소인구가 남녀 간에 균형을 이루도록 하기 위한 선고정책에 관해 자세히 가르친다.

-여성의 임의 체포를 내용으로 하는 검거정책을 시행한다
