[해외유머] '꽃배달'

A new business was opening and one of the owner''s friends sent flowers
for the occasion.

They arrived at the new business site and the owner read the card : it
said, "Rest in Peace."

The owner was angry and called the florist to complain.

After he had told the florist of the obvious mistake and how angry he
was, the florist said.

"Sir, I''m really sorry for the mistake, but rather than getting angry
you should imagine this : some where there is a funeral taking place
today, and they have flowers with a note saying "Congratulations!"

새로 개업하는 사업장에 업주의 친구 한 사람이 축하하는 꽃을 보냈다.

꽃이 배달돼오자 업주는 거기에 따라 온 카드를 읽어봤다.

"명복을 빕니다"

그는 꽃가게에서 전화를 걸어 항의했다.

꽃가게에서 어떤 실수를 저질렀는가를, 그래서 그것을 받은 자기는
얼마나 화가 나는가를 이야기하자 가게주인은 이렇게 말하는 것이었다.

"선생님 이거 정말 죄송합니다. 하지만 화를 내실 것이 아니라 이걸
생각해 보세요. 오늘 어디엔가에서 장례를 치르고 있는데 거기에 ''축하''하는
꽃이 배달되었지 뭡니까"
