In the beginning，God created the heavens and earth.And God said，"Let the earth put forth vegetation，plant yielding seed，and fruit trees bearing fruit."

Then God said，"Let the waters bring forth swarms of living creatures，and let birds fly above the earth."

God said the project would be completed in six days.

Now the officials said it would take at least two hundred days to review the applications and the environmental impact statement.After that there would be a public hearing.Then there would be ten to twelve months before….

At this point God created Hell.


태초에 하느님께서 천지를 창조하셨다.

그리고 하느님이 말씀하셨다. "땅에서 초목，씨앗이 여무는 식물과 열매를 맺는 과실수가 솟아나게 하렷다. "

이윽고 하느님께서 말씀하셨다. "물이 무수한 생명체들을 낳게 하고 새들로 하여금 땅위를 날아다니게 하렷다. "

하느님께서는 그 일을 끝내는 데 엿새가 걸린다고 했다.

그러자 관리들이 나섰다. 그 일을 하려면 실행방법과 환경영향 평가서를 검토하는 데 최소한 200일이 걸린단다. 그런 연후에 공청회를 가져야 한단다. 그런 다음 10개월 내지 12개월에 걸쳐….

하느님이 지옥을 창조하게 된 건 바로 이때였다.
